Making A Purchase
While browsing our store, choose the products you are interested in and contacts us to receive more information about them. After you receive an offer from us we and you confirm your order, we can proceed with the delivery in the shortest time possible. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We currently accept payment in euro, Bulgarian lev, Serbian dinar, Romanian leu and Macedonian denar by bank transfer.
Please, note that the items within our site are for distribution to Medical Professionals only! This is stated within every product’s page.
Shipping And Handling
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders confirmed within one week.
Shortages and breakages must be reported to Dentamed Trading Services within 3 working days of receipt of goods and confirmed in writing within 14 days.
Dentamed Trading Services reserves the right to invoice at cost all packaging and carriage charges on any order outside Bulgaria inclusive of any tax duties in force at the date of dispatch.
We reserve the right to charge carriage on deliveries made directly by other suppliers for invoice through us.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or contacted by phone with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Some products are classed as special order items and may take a more days to come into stock. You will be notified.
Dentamed Trading Services does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Data collected by this site is used to:
- Take customers’ inquiries and orders.
- Administer and enhance the site and service.
- Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
All goods returned should be accompanied by the buyers invoice number on which the goods were supplied.
All goods lost or damaged in transit following dispatch by the buyer for return to Dentamed Trading Services will not be credited. If within 14 days of the goods being dispatched to Dentamed Trading Services a credit note or acknowledgement of receipt has not been received by the buyer from Dentamed Trading Services the buyer should contact Dentamed Trading Services immediately.
All sterile and/ or goods with a product license must be returned within 5 days and cannot be accepted for credit if the seal or outer packaging has been damaged or removed unless:
- There has been a delivery error
- The products are subject to a product recall
- The products are damaged or faulty.
All equipment including handpieces can only be returned for full credit if complete in the original packaging and unused and in a releasable condition.
We reserve the right to charge 15% of the invoice value of returned goods to cover administration and handling expenses.
